What is your processing and shipping schedule?
Each HA order takes 2 days to process.
Canadian shipments: 3-7 days
US and abroad: 5-15 days
We ship twice a week.
I gave you the wrong address! What do I do?
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete upon reviewing your order.
Send us a note immediately through our contact page with your order number and correct address. Our admin will follow up within 24 hours.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we're unable to edit the details of your shipping information. At that point, we suggest monitoring your tracking number (provided once shipped) and/or contact your carrier.
If you give an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package returns to us, we will email you to confirm and edit your address. At that point, you will be charged a shipping fee, in order to process and re-ship your order correctly. You will not be automatically charged any re-shipment fees unless approved by the original purchaser/person of contact on the initial order.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We anticipate an average 15 days shipment window, however this is subject to international customs and processing. Monitor your tracking number and feel free to contact us if you suspect a delay.
