The Hustler’s Agenda honours a 14-day return policy from date of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide photos of unused product in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, HA Admin will contact the customer via email to notify you that we have received your returned item within return policy condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used to purchase.
If you have yet to receive a refund, please contact your financial institution for confirmation of non-refund. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org where we can investigate where there may be a delay in your refund process.
Sale items are final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a returned item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee its return. The Hustler’s Agenda is not responsible for shipment of returned items.
